Therapy

The first meeting will be used to get a better sense of your concerns and areas of strength, your history, and your goals.

Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes, one time a week, but they may happen more frequently or somewhat less frequently depending on the type of concern that you have and how far along you are in the treatment.

Throughout my training I have had exposure working with many types of individuals and specialize in adults, families, and children of all ages.

Consultations

I also offer a consultation service, where you can come to see me and I will do an initial intake appointment and assist you in finding the right services for you or your family.  This may range from a psychiatric consultation, finding a therapist that specializes in your specific area of need, or a referral for a psychological assessment. This involves us working together in the short term to connect you with the correct psychological services for yourself or your loved one.
